The project includes infrastructure works (asphalt roads and various networks) for the subdivision of 1,000 social housing units on part of the said “Hodane” subdivision, consisting of 1,000 plots, the area of ​​which varies from 120m2 to 180 m2. The program provides for 90% of individual housing and 10% of collective housing, in addition to a set of socio-collective facilities, consisting of a mosque, a primary school, a market and a dispensary.
The S.I.D. provides for four categories of housing; collective housing, duplex housing and two types of expandable individual housing called F2 and F3.
