The objective of the project is to build a tourist complex in the region of Sétif in Algeria.
The Complex is composed of:
A Hotel: R + 6 with a basement with an area of 12,440 m².
A Mall: R + 2 with a basement with an area of 12,000 m² covered.
An Aqua Park.
Three Fast Food.
A party room: R + 1.

Mission of IDC :

• Building permit file
• Detailed Pre-Project Studies (APD);
• Preparation of tender documents.
