Characteristics :

Mali received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) for the cost of the turnkey construction of a 100 MW heavy fuel oil thermal power plant in Sirakoro and its evacuation works.
The project will contribute to stopping the very expensive rental of diesel generators and will therefore significantly contribute to reducing the current gap between production costs and the electricity sales price.
The project will make it possible to generally improve the quality of service through the construction of a new high-voltage substation and to reduce technical losses thanks to the construction of 30 kV networks.
The group is responsible for consulting services for works control.

  • Approval of execution studies;

  • Factory receipts of main equipment;
  • On-site control of work execution;
  • Approval of company invoices;
  • Validation of testing and commissioning procedures;
  • Provisional acceptance of the work.
