Characteristics :

The mission consists of the project management of an operation of the DECATHLON group, located in Tunis, on the GEANT TUNIS CITY shopping center, and having for object services contributing to the realization of the interior fittings of a commercial building, with a surface area of approximately 1,840 m² of covered area.
The mission entrusted to IDC is a complete project management mission including OPC.

Mission of IDC :

• Summary Pre-Project Studies (APS);
• Detailed Pre-Project Studies (APD);
• Building authorization file (DAC);
• General design project (PCG);
• Quantitative file of works (DQO);
• Business consultation file (DCE);
• Development of works contracts (MDT)
• Site supervision ;
• Provisional and final acceptance of the works;
• Assistance to Reception Operations with the owner (AOR);
• File of works executed (DOE).
