This is a construction project of a real estate complex with a total area of 11100 m² made up of R+MEZZ+7 for office use located at the Berges du Lac. The two basements are reserved for parking and technical premises. It is also planned a bank agency and an insurance branch and an annex building in front of the avenue oriented East.

Study and control of the works of the electricity lot (strong currents, weak currents) and the fire safety lot.
