Characteristics :
| The project consists in the construction of the headquarters of the financial institution ENDA Interarabe specialized in micro-finance, composed of a building R + 4 with basement of 3,000 m². The design takes into account the new thermal recommendations, in particular the Grenelle convention, and thus promotes energy saving, by integrating the following solutions Exterior envelope in thermo-stone (thermal and acoustic insulation); Air conditioning system in DRV 3 tubes: simultaneous heating and air conditioning; LED lighting; Integration of a GTC for control and energy saving. |
