Characteristics :

The IDB has granted the Malian government a financing for the extension of the Balingué diesel power plant Phase II of 23MW on a turnkey basis. IDC is in charge of the consultancy services for the supervision of the works.

Mission of IDC :

Objectives of the mission :

– To ensure the quality of the work by ensuring compliance with the technical specifications and standards stipulated in the contract;

– To ensure compliance with the execution schedules;

– Respect of the budgetary constraints.

– The services concern : The approval of the execution studies;

Approval of the technical specifications of the equipment;

Factory acceptance of the main equipment;

The control on the ground of the execution of the works;
