    Characteristics :<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Republic of Senegal has obtained financing from the Islamic Development Bank for the realization of a real estate project on a plot of 2,480 m\u00b2 located in downtown Dakar at the intersection of Alassane Ndoye and Huart streets. This land is part of an island currently occupied by a school and services under the Ministry of Education. The specific objectives of this project are to provide Senegal with an innovative and sustainable financing system for modern daaras. The proposed Waqf project will revolve around two main functions – offices, shops and housing – and an induced secondary function: parking. The project will be placed in the category of high standard buildings; shops and accommodation are of high standard and meet the criteria required by international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mission of IDC<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Feasibility study of the project; Environmental impact assessment; Assistance to the IDB in the evaluation of the project; Preparation of detailed technical studies of the building; Drafting of the tender documents for the construction of the project; Drafting of the request for proposal for the works supervision mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
